个人简介
海南大学水生生物学博士,海南自由贸易港E类高层次人才,主讲水生动物疾病学本科课程,现为热带水产动物健康养殖与病害控制研究室骨干成员,承担海南省自然科学基金1项,海南大学科研启动基金项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等多项课题,发表高水平学术论文10余篇。
学术成果:
长期开展卵形鲳鲹等海水鱼类免疫基因作用机制的研究,为水产病害的免疫防治提供新的策略。
1. 深入研究卵形鲳鲹干扰素调节因子家族,分析了该家族参与鱼体抗细菌免疫的功能和机制,并探索它们作为海水鱼类免疫增强剂和疫苗佐剂的应用前景。
2. 深入研究了卵形鲳鲹抗菌肽的抗菌活性及其发挥作用的关键位点,为海水鱼类病害的免疫防控提供新的思路。
3.探究了卵形鲳鲹白介素家族在抗细菌免疫反应中的作用机制。
目前研究方向主要集中在以下三方面:
1. 海水鱼类免疫系统和病害防控的研究
2. 海水鱼类免疫制剂的研发与应用
3. 海水鱼类重要病原的致病机理研究
