韩凤禄,博士,讲师,硕士生导师

个人简介

华东师范大学动物学博士,海南省其他类高层次人才,研究方向为虾蟹类环境生理与健康调控。主持海南省重点研发项目、海南省青年自然科学基金、农业农村部重点实验室开放课题重点项目等9项,先后参与国家重点研发项目和国家自然科学基金及省级重点研发等课题7项。近五年发表学术论文40余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI收录论文20余篇,ESI高被引论文1篇;授权国家发明专利1件;获上海市水产学会优秀论文二等奖2项。

学术成果

从事水产动物营养生理和高效饲料应用研制研究,推动了植物蛋白源在虾蟹类配合饲料中的应用升级。

ü 系统性探究了植物蛋白中的抗营养因子对虾蟹类肠道健康的影响,以及新型蛋白源在虾蟹饲料中的应用效果评价。

ü 揭示主要营养素在凡纳滨对虾适应低盐度过程中的生理功能和代谢过程,专注 “低盐营养”研究方向,完善对虾内陆淡化养殖的饲料配方参数。

目前研究方向主要集中在以下两方面:
