个人简介
南京农业大学博士,2020年7月入职海南大学,海南省其他类高层次人才。主要从事鱼类性腺发育、性别调控、新品种选育和体色分化研究。主持海南大学科研启动基金项目1项,海南省自然科学基金青年基金1项,海南热带海洋学院崖州湾创新研究院开放课题1项;参与国家重点研发计划项目、“十二五”国家科技支撑计划、农业科技成果转化资金项目、国家自然科学基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目、海南省重大科技计划项目、海南省崖州湾种子实验室“揭榜挂帅”项目等多项课题,参与国家级水产新品种“福瑞鲤2号”和红罗非鱼“中恒1号”选育工作。近年来在国内外发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI收录20余篇,获授权专利1项。
学术成果
大多数鱼类具有性别二态性,性腺发育和性别调控一直是鱼类等水产动物苗种生产和新品种选育的重要研究内容。鱼类种类繁多,体色多彩,变化多样,深入解析鱼类体色分化及变异机制,有助于人工选育中有效地预测和控制体色。宋飞彪博士的工作重点是研究鱼类的性腺发育、性别调控和体色分化机制。主要学术成果包括:(1)系统研究了金鲳性腺发育、性别分化过程,确定了金鲳性腺发育过程、性别分子标记;(2)发现长链非编码RNA在鱼类性腺发育、性别调控、体色变异等方面起到非常重要的作用;(3)较系统研究了东星斑养殖过程中体色变化的原因及调控机制。
目前研究方向主要集中在以下几个方面:
1.金鲳性腺发育及性别分化调控机制研究;
2.金鲳雌雄生长差异调控机制研究;
3.金鲳全人工高效育苗技术研究;
4.东星斑体色变化机制研究。
