学术成果

主要从事织纹螺科Nassariidae (Mollusca: Neogastropoda) 贝类的分子系统学研究。通过一代和二代测序相结合的方法,获取线粒体基因组和核基因片段作为分子标记,运用分子系统学理论和方法,研究、比较贝类线粒体基因组的结构与变化,进行物种鉴定;探讨贝类种、属、科等各类群间的系统发生关系。主要成果如下:

1. 通过比较线粒体基因组分析发现中国沿海的秀丽织纹螺Reticunassa festiva存在两个隐存种;

2. 重建了印度-太平洋海域织纹螺属Nassarius的系统发生关系,数据支持从Nassarius属中划出一个新属;

3. 重建了地中海-大西洋海域织纹螺Tritia属的系统发生关系,并对Tritia属的分类学进行了修订;

4. 探究了秀丽织纹螺Reticunassa festiva在中国沿海两个同域分布支系的系统地理格局,推测了造成两个支系分化的可能原因以及影响现阶段遗传分布的原因。

目前研究方向主要集中在以下几个方面:

1. 海洋贝类的多样性、分类、系统演化;

2. 海洋贝类养殖与育种研究;

3. 贝类比较基因组学研究。
