研究方向:
长期聚焦于浮游生物在种群和群落尺度上对气候变化的分子-生理-生态多层次响应策略研究。主要成果包括:1)在近岸富营养化海区,海洋酸化可改变浮游植物/细菌与浮游动物间的相互作用,其影响具有食物链放大效应;2)硅藻对海洋酸化的响应具有株系间差异,其由生境适应印迹决定;3)反转录转座子跳跃和组蛋白修饰等表观遗传可调控硅藻适应环境变化的过程。相关成果发表于Limnology and Oceanography、Environmental Research、Biogeosciences等高水平国际学术期刊。基于前期研究积累,拟重点关注以下研究方向:
1) 微型浮游生物种质资源的开发与利用
2) 全球变化背景下微型浮游生物的区域性抗逆机制
3) 微型浮游生物的互作机制及其对环境变化的响应策略
