个人简介

中山大学博士（2015-2018）、中山大学博士后（2018-2021）、中山大学特聘副研究员（2021-2024）、海南大学副研究员（2025-至今）。长期从事水产动物微生态研究，主要研究方向包括：（1）对虾病害微生态防控和健康养殖，揭示病害发生的微生态机制及建立病害防控养殖技术和养殖模式；（2）水产动物肠道微生态，揭示宿主-肠道微生物-生长健康之间互作机制。现为微生物学领域顶刊Microbiome（5年IF为17.9）和Animal Microbiome（5年IF为5.0）Associate Editor。

学术成果

（1）建立了疫病病原鉴定的新策略：科赫法则一直是病原鉴定的黄金法则，其原则是“一种疾病，一种病原”。很多疾病存在“一种疾病，多种病原”情况，导致对一种疾病不同病原存在争议及仅用科赫法则鉴定多病原效率较低问题。建立了整合微生物组和科赫法则的病原鉴定新策略，发展了科赫法则，解决了多病原鉴定的争议和效率问题。

（2）揭示了环境影响凡纳滨对虾肠道细菌群落的微生态机制：消化系统细菌性疾病是目前对虾的主要疾病，缺乏防控策略。以白便综合征为例，率先从微生态的角度开展其病因及防控研究工作。揭示了白便综合征对虾肠道特征菌群，底泥等环境菌群向对虾肠道扩散、环境胁迫是影响对虾肠道菌群稳态的主因；提出了不依赖抗生素的病害生态防控策略。
