副研究员、博士生导师、海南自由贸易港D类人才

个人简介

2018年毕业于浙江大学,获环境科学专业博士学位;2018-2021年在清华大学生物学流动站从事博士后研究工作;2022年1月入职海南大学,海洋微生物资源开发与利用创新团队骨干成员。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、海南省重点研发“揭榜挂帅”项目子课题1项、海南省自然科学基金面上项目1项及广东省基础与应用基础研究青年基金项目1项;发表SCI论文10余篇。主要从事海洋微生物互作关系与分子机制研究。

研究方向

1.水产养殖环境中的微生物互作关系与机制(信号交流、营养竞争、细菌捕食等)研究;

2.基于微生物互作的关键水产益生菌资源挖掘及其功能解析;

3.基于合成微生物组的水产微生物制剂开发与应用。

2.国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,32303063,铁载体受体介导的细菌种间互作调控溶藻弧菌生存和毒力的分子机制,2024.01-2026.12,30万元,主持,在研。

3.海南省自然科学基金面上项目,324MS022,特基拉芽孢杆菌群体感应淬灭剂的鉴定及其拮抗水产病原弧菌的分子机制研究,2024.03-2026.02,8万元,主持,在研。
