个人简介

中国科学院海洋研究所博士。主要研究方向为海洋病原微生物的快速诊断技术。承担海南大学高层次人才启动自资金1项，海南省高层次人才自然科学基金1项。迄今为止在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Sensor and Actuator B-Chemical、Chemical Communication和Journal of Materials Chemistry A等SCI论文期刊发表论文23篇，其中第一作者9篇。申请国家专利6项，其中授权专利3项。

学术成果

主要开发海洋病原微生物诊断技术，创新成果有：

1.以DNA激活Cas14a侧切效应为基础，结合标签-引物扩增技术和磁分离技术构建了通用型微生物检测荧光传感器。该荧光传感器可以实现6种病原微生物的特异检测。同时以Cas14a作为信号放大单元，该传感器可以实现单个病原微生物的灵敏检测，而对于核酸的检测浓度低至1 aM。

2.以抗生素能化的纳米材料作为基底材料，构建了集成杀灭、清除、和检测于一体的检测平台。借助抗生素和纳米材料对微生物的识别俘获作用和协同抑菌效果，实现对微生物的杀灭。并通过俘获细菌引起信号的变化实现对细菌的检测。
