个人简介
中国科学院水生生物研究所博士(2007-2010)、中国科学院武汉植物园博士后(2010-2013)、中国科学院水生生物研究所助理研究员(2013-2019)和副研究员(2019-2024),海南大学海洋生物与水产学院研究员(2024-)。
主要研究方向:
1)南海渔业生物多样性:聚焦南海渔业资源多样性组成与格局,揭示南海渔业对象的利用过程与格局形成机制,为南海渔业生态利用与生物多样性保护提供支撑;
2)海洋漂浮物的渔业功能与利用:聚焦鱼类早期生活史阶段对南海自然漂浮物的利用过程与机制,解析海洋漂浮物的渔业功能,为漂浮物渔业模式的发展和生态利用提供理论基础。
学术成果
主要从事鱼类早期资源生态学研究,系统开展了长江干流鱼类早期生活史阶段补充过程与机制研究;基于干流鱼类早期资源格局、扩散与栖息地利用过程,分别提出了长江上游“河-库”复合生态系统、中游仔鱼分布的“脉冲-台阶”概念和“汇入区庇护所”和“扩散-滞留”假说,揭示了不同江段影响早期资源补充过程的关键因子,并提出了相应的保护建议。
主持国家自然科学基金-面上项目和青年基金、博士后基金-特别资助和面上项目、重点研发计划子课题等;以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文26篇,核心论文10篇;获得水运行业协会科技进步奖一等奖2项(2020年、2023年)、中国科学院水生生物研究所科技成果奖二等奖1项(2024年)。
